One RAW file, three photographers…

Leigh Gallant

Leigh is a keen Amateur Photographer who only picked up his first serious camera in August 2015. He enjoys most styles of photography but Wildlife, Travel and Portraiture are what he enjoys the most. Photography allows him to take his mind off work and become creative be it out in the field or behind his computer in editing.

Louis Goldman

Louis is an electrical and electronic engineering student with an incredible passion for photography. He's been doing photography for about 5 years and over the past year has begun to build up his own business taking on small commercial photography jobs. He loves landscape and event photography and has recently begun making short travel films.

Martin Kowalski

Martin is a big fan of photography and sky diving. In the future he'd love to be a professional aerial photographer and videographer. He loves Lightroom, but is fairly new to editing so was keen to get involved with One Raw and can't wait to compare his results with our other editors.

Danny Kaye

Danny is a lecturer in the School of Art and Design in Nottingham Trent University. He started taking pictures with a friends camera when he was about 14 and has been hooked ever since. He developed his first roll of B&W and printed an image in the university darkroom in 1976. He's a bit of a gear nut with a small collection of film cameras.

Imran Mirza

Imran is a photographer and videographer based in Bradford. He specialises in shooting beautiful landscapes but also shoots weddings, commercial, food and editorial fashion assignments.

Leigh Harrison

Leigh is a motion graphics artist/animator/video editor by trade. His addiction to cameras and taking photographs started when he was seven years old. He asked for his first camera (a Boots 110) and has been taking photographs to varying degrees of success since. Sometimes he uses photography within his work, and he regularly volunteers for the Hyde Park Picture House as part of their digital team, helping them create an archive of images from the events they host. Beyond photography he also loves music and film, whether that’s going to gigs, the cinema or just enjoying at home.

Scott Smith

Hi I'm Scott and I’ve been a photographer for over eight years in and around Leeds, West Yorkshire. I have 20+ years of experience in customer services and offer a friendly relaxed service.

I am experienced in many types of photography including weddings, maternity, newborn, portraiture, sports, events, christenings, birthday parties and commercial work.

I’m also known for my love of movies (even the really bad ones), drinking too much coffee and being really tall.

Trevor Coultart

Trevor is a former civil servant who turned his long standing hobby into a career after his office was closed down. With time on his hands he took a photography degree, passed with first class honours, and now specialises in photographing properties for the estate agency market.

John Poffley

John Poffley, 39 years young. I am a very keen amateur photographer. Occasionally I undertake professional work but with the luxury of a full time career I am able to be very selective about the projects I decide to pour my heart and energy into. No website currently but you can catch up with me on Instagram @Poffers for a delightful plethora of snaps and dogtography (with an occasional serious picture thrown in for good measure)

Joe Mason

Joe is a creative / art director and designer. He runs his own small creative studio in the North. He likes photos and likes taking photographs.

Naomi Atkinson

Naomi is a designer and consultant, passionate about brand and products. When she’s not helping clients, or working on many a side business – she takes pictures. She’d never call herself a photographer, but instead see’s making an image a design brief.

Anthony Farrimond

Anthony has been a headshot specialist for nearly a decade working with a range of clients, from corporate to actors from theatre and television. When he isn't shooting or teaching with clients he enjoys spending quality time with his family.

Barnaby Aldrick

Barnaby Aldrick is an all-round photographer who specialises in weddings, but also loves a good photo-ramble in the Dales and Lakes, love shooting gigs and snapping pics of food on his dog. He's also quite partial to tweedy attire, a port-finished scotch and a cosy gastropub!

Phil Marsden

Phil is a Wedding photographer based in Leeds, who also does Family shoots and event photography. He specializes in natural, candid photography

Tony Jacobs

After losing his mind long ago in the creative agency scene, Tony decided to swap his phone camera for a 'proper' camera three years ago with a view to learning new skills and to seek sanity in documenting the life of others. But seriously, he's somebody who has always enjoyed people watching and his photography is simply an extension of that. He's delighted that it's something that has introduced him to so many new opportunities and great people.

Simon Wiffen

Simon is a seasoned professional freelance web developer and photographer. He's a husband, dad, cyclist, dog-lover and record collector.

He also devised, designed and built One Raw so felt it only fair that he step up to the plate to join in on the first image.

Lloyd Spencer

Since retirement from university life, Lloyd has been active as a photographer, writer and editor. He has been commissioned by the Merrion Centre (on the occasion of its commemoration of 50 years) and has worked for a number of other organisations. His list of exhibitions includes street and documentary urban photography as well as a ecological and nature photography. His ‘night walking’ project will be exhibited at two venues in Yorkshire later in 2017.

Lloyd teaches a class in the history of photography for the U3A and runs a digital photography workshop for the Bowery in Headingley.

Ed Waring

Ed takes photos... sometimes for money, sometimes for fun. He does all kinds of photography from commercial brochure photographs to bands to buildings to weddings. He loves taking pictures of people being themselves.

He's also a musician (Hope and Social), sound engineer and producer.
